Bernii Godwin

Bernii Godwin

Director & Principal Consultant

Bernii has had the privilege of working with a full spectrum of human services and behaviour ages including maternity through to aged care. This breadth of experience and education has provided her a unique opportunity to speak into the lives of individuals, families, schools and organisations to coach them in developing an understanding of their own needs and how to meet those needs effectively whilst respecting the rights of others.

Predominantly working in the educator sector, Bernii has applied her skills in helping schools, children, and families develop their own internally responsible behaviour cultures. These internal cultures promote healthy boundaries, love and respect. As a result, she has witnessed many cultural shifts in the lives of individuals and school communities from fear and control toward love, trust, honour and joyful responsibility.

Bernii has been working in the field of education since 2002. She has a master’s qualification in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Neuropsychotherapy which complements her undergraduate study, Bachelor of Human Services/Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice (majoring in youth and family justice). In addition, Bernii is a Loving on Purpose Trainer and a John Maxwell Team Member and Maxwell Method DISC Consultant.

Meet Anna, a dynamic storyteller with a deep-seated passion for connecting communities to hope. Driven by her love for empowering others, Anna thrives on aligning heart and head knowledge, and guiding individuals and groups towards practical solutions that propel them towards their next steps.

Coby Beames

Consultant & Coach

Coby is a passionate educator with more than 15 years of classroom experience ranging from Junior Primary & Secondary through, to more recently, teaching in the Tertiary sector and conducting Professional Learning for teachers. Her passion for seeing students thrive stems from feeling connected with their teachers. Coby’s gifts are calling out the gold in practice, as well as supporting staff in their professional growth.

Leanne McManus

Consultant & Coach

As a dedicated LoSoP Coach, Leanne brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work. With over four decades of experience working with children and youth, she has served in various capacities within both private and state school sectors. She is a proud mother of four, a devoted wife of 40 years, and a loving grandmother to six.

Justin Crawford

Consultant & Coach

Justin is a dedicated Social Worker at a private school in Queensland, known for his compassionate approach to supporting students’ well-being and development. He has extensive experience in individual counselling, coaching, behaviour education and developing intervention strategies, while also facilitating the “Loving our Kids on Purpose” program to strengthen family dynamics. His holistic approach emphasises resilience, strong relationships, and empowering individuals, making him a vital asset to both schools, and our broader community.
